1RUSTY1 joined the *V* DEVILS REJECTS Strategic Combat Group on 24 March 2009 and was given a Field Promotion to the rank of 1st LIEUTENANT for having the knowledge of Phase One Training. On 26 April 2009, he recieved the rank of CAPTAIN for having the knowledge of Phase Two Training.
